Hey y’all! My name is Tammy Madden, and I’m the owner of Homeland Title, LLC.

Homeland Title opened its doors in January 2021 with one simple goal: to make the closing process easier, faster, and more enjoyable for buyers and sellers. We wanted to create something different from the traditional closing experience—an office where people are treated with kindness, patience, and personal attention from beginning to end.

With nearly 20 years of experience in real estate, first as an Agent and later as an Associate Broker with a local REMAX franchise, I’ve had the opportunity to be part of countless real estate transactions. That experience gave me a unique understanding of what buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals need from a title company. I knew Homeland Title could provide a streamlined closing experience while still giving every client the personal service they deserve.

Our motto, “Your Last Step to Homeownership,” is more than just a tagline. We know buying or selling a home is a big moment, and we want you to feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for when you sit down at our closing table.

On a personal note, I’m the proud mother of two grown sons and “Sweet T” to a granddaughter and grandson. I’m originally from Texas, but I’ve called Guntersville, Alabama home for the past 25 years. There truly is nothing quite like Sweet Home Alabama—and Roll Tide!
